Hazel Edge was offered for sale before construction began - no show home, no photography and nothing on site to visit.

Found developed the project as a complete visual marketing package, creating the imagery, film, development website and brochure from one model and one visual direction.

Carrying the same architecture, materials and atmosphere across every output creates a more consistent campaign and reduces the amount of coordination required between separate suppliers.
